Do i need to use cleaning tablets?
No. Ultrasonic cleaning with water alone is highly effective. However, adding a cleaning tablet enhances results by breaking down proteins and eliminating odours
How do i know if it's actually working?
You'll see immediate proof: the water turns noticeably cloudy or grey after each cycle. Thats the bacteria, biofilm and buildup being lifted off your appliance
Can i clean other items besides retainers?
Yes! AlignLabs safely cleans Invisalign aligners clear retainers, Hawley retainers, dentures, night guards, mouth guards, sports guards, whitening trays and most dental appliances. It's also safe for jewellery (Rings, earrings, necklaces), eyeglasses, watch bands razors and small metal tools. NOT recommended for porous gemstones (pearls, opals), soft silicone items, or electronics.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, you'll get 15-20 Cleaning cycles (approximately 2-3 weeks of daily use) Charging takes 2-4 hours via any USB-C cable. The LED indicator flashes during charging and stays solid when fully charged
Is it loud when running?
NO. AlignLabs operates at a gentle hum-quieter than an electric toothbrush. The 50,000 Hz frequency is above human hearing range so you'll only hear a soft mechanical sound from the motor. It's quiet enough to use while getting ready in the morning without disturbing others.
